As to the good company... I was listening to Sen. Brownback hollering about a tide turned for American Christiandom and how all others are enemies of the New America... this was via Democracy Now... I had to pull over in my car and just shake.
I truly expected to hear goosestepping in the streets. Scary times... but we gotta keep on.

Indeed it is scary times. Have you read "The Dark Age Ahead" by (the recently late) Jane Jacobs. What was a cautionary tale a year ago is becoming prophesy.
So, I know your a peace activist and all but tell me, is your Second Amendment just for show or what? It seems to me that the latest crew of thugs incharge of your govenment are poster-boys for actually using it...

Thanks Mike, no need to ask... I'm new to blogging so wasn't sure of the "protocols". Haven't read the book but will jot it down for furture reading.
This government... it's a regime actually. I do not fear "terrorists" I fear the Bush Empire and his supporters.
